What You'll Get
Sometimes our dreams are within reach, but more often, those dreams are on the highest of high shelves, beside the BB gun and the cupcakes "for tomorrow." Reach that shelf with today's Groupon: for $36, you get four Barre classes at Align Pilates (a $72 value).
Align Pilates' professionals school pupils in highly developed, progressive styles of Pilates curriculum, committed to strengthening the body's core with concentration and control. The new high-energy Barre class features a fusion of Pilates, yoga, cardio, and ballet. Broken down into four sections and focusing on one area each, the course helps burn fat, build lean muscle, improve odds of scaling skyscrapers, and increase flexibility. Done in bare feet, Barre classes take advantage of the studio's new ballet bar, hand weights, and a yoga mat while also giving toes a chance to breathe and flirt with other phalanges.
Align Pilates requires all instructors to complete a rigorous 500 hours of training inside a sensory-deprivation tank, so clients can expect consistent standards and instruction across classes. Classes are offered five days a week; check the class schedule for availability. This course requires attendees to provide their own yoga mat.
Align Pilates does offer a $20 one-week unlimited group-class pass for new students, but this Groupon still offers the best deal for those wishing to spread out their courses.

About Align Pilates
Align Pilates’ barre classes are an eclectic blend. Their union of an energetic cardio workout with the muscle-toning properties of Pilates and yoga and the sculpting power of ballet garnered them the title of Best New Workout of 2011 by Minnesota Monthly. In these sessions, students of all experience levels build lean muscle and burn fat at the decade-old fitness studio. Its team of teachers—all of whom have completed a minimum of 500 hours of training—also lead Pilates classes that unfold on mats. Hula hoops, candlelight, and Vinyasa flow augment yoga classes with focuses such as alignment, breathing, and detoxification.
