Q:

About how long does it take for you to take in pants legs (too large around)?

Jordana B.  asked on  Feb 13, 2013

A:

As a general rule, we prefer to keep all garments for one week. However, we can certainly expedite any order at your request. We also offer same-day service. Please bring in your garments, and we will take good care of you.

Q:

I have a leather jacket whose sleeve needs some repair (it got a little mangled when I slammed my trunk on the sleeve). Can you repair this?

Elenor D.  asked on  Feb 8, 2013

A:

We should be able to repair, but we will need to see the jacket to determine exactly what needs to be done to fix it. If you can bring it into the shop, we can let you know immediately what we can do.

A:

If you're unable to bring it in, please call us at 214-383-2121 to give us a bit more information on the exact condition, and we should be able to offer some more information

Q:

How much do you charge to take in the sides of a men's dress shirt to give it a fitted look?

Matthew D.  asked on  Feb 8, 2013

A:

Mathew, to bring in just the sides is $16. If you need the sleeves shortened, that is also $16, but if you need the two together, it's only $30. I hope that adequately answers your question.
