What do you love most about your job?
Helping customers to stay cool in the summer and warm in the winter at a price they can afford. Today's customers need to trust who they do business with, and our customers are always happy when the job is done.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
We came to provide a second opinion on replacing existing equipment, and our price was thousands of dollars less the than the bid they had received from another company. I am a wholesale dealer and can pass along savings to the customer.
