What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? All City Carpet Care is a family-based company that was built on integrity. Our services include, but are not limited to, carpet cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, marble restoration, and upholstery cleaning. We give honest prices and share our expertise with our clients to set a great rapport.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I love people. Working for other carpet cleaning companies I met so many people. However, I was never able to give people the discounts and prices I thought were fair. So I started my own business so I could share my services at an affordable rate in order to help people.

What do you love most about your job? The thing I love most is the personal interaction with my clients. Sometimes I go to people's homes and I experience a part of their lives, and their culture. It's a very interesting position to be in, and it's extremely rewarding to learn new things, if the clients allow.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? I actually prayed for a customer who's husband died, and she was raising her grandchildren. She couldn't afford to get the work she needed done. So I prayed with her, and did her carpets for half the price, way below her budget. She cried so much hugging me that my shoulder was soaked. Best feeling.
