What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I had hired a handyman to do some easy, straightforward work at my home. Odd jobs. I had anticipated using his services for two days. After eight hours work, he had not finished the first task, and told me he would need another week to finish. I took the next day off and finished the list myself.
What do you love most about your job?
The satisfaction gained from exceeding the expectations of every client. Providing this type of service can be challenging. Homeowners can be skeptical. Are they getting their money’s worth? At the end of the day, they smile, shake hands and say, “I could never have gotten that done, that quickly.”
What is the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
Besides the numerous referrals and callbacks we receive, the best feedback comes in the form of the homeowners’ relief. They tell us we are professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and personable. What they are really saying is they made a good decision. That makes them feel good.
