At Allstar Bartenders Training, professional bartenders coach eager spirits from vaporous clouds into solid, New York State–licensed bartenders. Each five-day course encompasses the 40 hours of training necessary to obtain a license and start concocting cocktails as an expert. Arranged like a real cocktail lounge, Allstar Bartenders Training supplies all necessary equipment and more bottles than even the most long-winded kids can sing about recursively. The spirits specialists will impart a bevy of skills unto their alcohol apprentices, including functional tasks such as changing shifts and closing out, business-end necessities such as interview techniques, and the fun stuff like mixing cocktails, flipping bottles, and refusing service to sentient troll dolls. Upon graduation, all students will be supplied with an instructional workbook, a New York State bartending certification, free job placement services, and opportunities for free refresher courses.
