Q:

Need to renovate small half bath. Are you experienced with tiling a floor, installing toilet and vanity, and dry wall if needed? Also, will the 10 hour deal be enough if all demo is completed ahead of time?

Christen I.  asked on  Nov 26, 2012

A:

Hello, Christen! Tim can handle anything! :) Yes, I believe the 10-hour Groupon will be enough, but I would call him and make sure. His numbers are: (901) 569-3901 and (901) 237-3672. Thank you for your interest!

Q:

Thank you for the previous answer---what is your estimate on the amount of time it would take to replace rotten wood and paint it on that window dormer? What number do I reach Tim at? You said I could use the 10 hr on 2 separate trips....therefore, if I purchased 2 of the 10 hr, can I assume that I would use them for 4 or less trips? Thanks, KC

K C.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Hi, KC! I believe it should take about 10 hours, or maybe a little more. Tim's numbers are on his website. I would still verify with him first before buying. And yes, if you bought two of the 10-hour Groupons, it can be not more than four trips. :)

Q:

Are you licensed, bonded, and insured? If I buy the 10 hour does that all need to be used up in one visit? If I need materials for rotting wood on my window, how would I know what to get before you got here? Can you give me an estimate for how long it would take to replace rotting wood on a window dormer and paint it?

K C.  asked on  Nov 24, 2012

A:

Hi, KC! Yes, Mr. Tim Lee is licensed and insured. The 10-hour Groupon can be used in two visits. As far as what material you need to get before Tim got there, I would give him a call and find out.

Q:

do you do regular indoor wall painting? How long to do a house about 1900 SF, one coat?

Sandra T.  asked on  Nov 23, 2012

A:

Yes, they do Sandra. That would take more than two hours and less than six. I would buy the six-hour Groupon, to be safe just in case you might need help with something else around the house.
