All-Way doesn't just evoke the spirit of a classic American diner—its actually located within one. Its iconic building once housed the Red Coach Restaurant, which opened in the 1960s. But while All-Way has kept Red Coach's signature red booths, owner Peter Bro and his team have also worked hard to bring the nostalgic eatery into the 21st century. Today, guests can dig into made-to-order burgers made from local beef, and topped with seasonal veggies and other toppings, like regular or vegan cheese. As for sides, the [Mercury] called All-Way's onion rings "crunchy, flavorful, and magical," while shakes come spiked with spirits from the full bar, adding a decidedly grown-up twist to the soda-shoppe favorite.
