Allegra Woods has been alleviating muscle tension at Pure Moments Spa since 2012. To do so, the massage therapist employs relaxing Swedish strokes, soothing prenatal techniques, and deep-tissue kneads. She tailors her strokes to each client's preferred amount of pressure, using light pressure and flowing movements to ease stress, for instance, or intense pressure and targeted movements to relieve pain. Allegra also enhances her massages with optional aromatherapy oils and muscle cream.

Many clients pair their massages with a specialized facial or chemical peel, which are among the reasons Pure Moments Spa was voted the No. 1 place to get a facial by CityVoter in 2014 and 2015.
