Italian food means warmth to many people. Though Allegro Ristorante has undergone recent renovations to make its dining area more modern, the staff hasn't lost sight of that warmth. Rich shades of brown cover the floors and walls, even the supple leather of the high-backed dining chairs. This sets the backdrop for a menu of comforting Italian food, such as meatballs stuffed with two different cheeses and seared pork chops and rainbow trout.

“The server and cook worked really hard to ensure guest had a nice time. Both were working so hard, and so friendly. They never dropped their smile. Wait times did take a long time though due to their only being 2 staff (not their fault whatsoever). I would encourage the owner to ensure he has proper staffing. The food was good. The starters were incredible (spicy carrot soup and grilled veg salad). The pork chop was a bit dry, but tasty, the trout was cooked perfectly as well as the sides. I felt some sort of sauce would have made an excellent finish to both the trout and the pork. The desserts were sub par at best. The creme brulee had an perfect finish, but otherwise very underwhelming.”
“Excellent food, sevice and decor.”
