Excellent experience, pickup, drop off at hotel as hoped for, Marco was an excellent guide the whole way! Phone # didn't work for reservation, had to email. Zip lines are well maintained, food was excellent, cenotes are amazing! In total, 4 zip lines, one of which lands in a cenote, snorkel in another cenote, photos were excellent. Professional photos for zipline, rappel and in cenote.

This was an OK tour. The zipline has two zips-TWO! The canoe experience consists of a five minute paddle across a small pond. The best part was the rappel done into the cenote! The Coba tour could be so much better-they don't even guide you to the big temple.. The lunch was good. On the drop off, they couldn't even be bothered to drive me back into the parking lot-they left me by the side of the road, and I had to cross the busy street on my own. It was not worth the price I paid. I went to go see Coba, but you don't get enough time there to make it worth it. And the zipline and canoe experience are basically worthless. The Mayan healing ceremony was very cool. They need to lengthen the Coba stop by at least 30 minutes. I would cut out the canoe and zip line, and add that time to Coba instead.
