Everything was explained to me. Not sure if the machine was turned up high enough as I didn’t see a lot of results after my first treatment. Hopefully the second treatment shows a lot more benefit.

I really enjoy my IPL with Kate. She is very knowledgeable and explain all the details regarding IPL. She is really passionate with what she does which is so important in her profession in order to build the client confidence. I am going back to two more sessions and also purchase the hair removal package and look forward to my next session with Kate.
