Had a really good experience. It was my first time doing an IPL facial. The office is super cute and clean. Jamie was really nice and asked me about what areas I'd like to target. She walked me through the procedure and then we got to work. It took maybe 15 minutes and wasn't too painful. I'm already seeing some improvements -- my pores look much smaller already. Really excited to see how it looks in the upcoming weeks.

It was ok. The tech was nice and the procedure was not too painful...but she zapped part of my eyebrow and then didn’t mention anything or apologize. And now my brow has been partially lasered off. I don’t think I’ll be going back because of that. 😕
