I went to my first appt, they did not have me on the schedule. No problem, they got me in. Second Appt, no issues. Third appt, again, I was not on their schedule. I showed my email and text message confirmation to which they looked confused. I was told they don’t have an esthetician but would call once they hired one. That was over a month ago. My calls and emails have not been returned.
