What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We go to our customers. We pride our self in making the customer have a great experience. We work around their schedule and in the comfort of their homes.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I was a network engineer. I see how frustrated people get with technology and I decide I wanted to bring my experience to the world outside of the corporate office.

What do you love most about your job?
I like the challenges that my Job brings. I like to figure why grandmas computer isn't printing or why the computer is acting crazy after your kid the computer expert took it apart to fix the system clock. Everyday is a new problem and that keeps my job from getting boring!

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
The look of amazement on a lady's face after she though that she lost all her information because the dog peed on the computer tower. Her look said it all!
