Q:

If I purchase the option for the Sky Rider Tour, can I upgrade on site to the Super Sky Rider?

Megan C.  asked on  Nov 21, 2012

A:

The Groupon is only good for the value and services offered and cannot be altered or substituted in anyway.

Annette B.  from  Self  replied on  Nov 21, 2012

A:

Hi Megan, you can always use the value you paid for the Groupon to upgrade towards any of our other tours. Of course you aren't really taking advantage of the Groupon discount at that point, but you still can use it. Also, we offer very limited availability on the Super SkyRider Tour during the winter...which is why we didn't offer that in this deal. In all cases, you should always book your tour in advance, as upgrading "on site" is not always possible due to limited availability. Thanks!

Q:

Can you use this Groupon for the Treetop tour instead of the Skyrider tour ?, If so what would the Treetop tour price be ? I am interested in 4 to 6 people go who have never ziplined before, Do all the ziplines end on the ground ? As opposed to a treetop ? Thanks Lisa

Lisa F.  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Hi Lisa, If you were to call us, we would allow you to use this for the Treetop tour...however, we typically don't offer the Treetop tour throughout the winter. There are just a few Treetop tours still on the schedule before it will be removed until spring, & then again - there is limited availability until after Memorial day. So, I wouldn't suggest buying this specifically for the Treetop tour, as there may not be enough availability for you before the Groupon promotional period expires. All of the Ziplines on the Skyrider tour end on the ground, however they are higher, longer lines than our Treetop tour because they are traversing the entire valley.

Q:

Hi- How old is the youngest a child can be to do the zip line? are you strict about the 70 lbs? thanks, Jessica

Jessica A.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

We suggest children be 10 years old for the zipline tours, but that's not imperative - we are unfortunately are very strict about the 70 lb weight limit. Children are weighed before the tour & they must be within the weight range to participate.

Q:

When looking on your website it states tours require a four person minimum, how likely is this to be the situation? If I book will I be cancelled because there are only two of us? I'm looking to at the last week of November. thank you

Marta M.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

This rarely happens, especially on weekends & we will never cancel the tour at the last minute because of minimums. If the tour looks like it won't reach a minimum, we would call you in advance & give you options (to reschedule, move to a different tour or cancel). You can also call us in adavnce of your trip & get updates on if the tour has reached the minimum. Rest assured, you will not show up for a tour & we tell you that you can't go because there are not enough people booked.

Q:

How difficult would the tree-top tour be for a 65 year woman who is not very athletic?

arnold k.  asked on  Nov 12, 2012

A:

We take many guests well beyond the age of 65 who would also consider themselves "not very athletic". The tour is not very physically demanding - some short hikes, climbing stairs, etc. But we recommend those that are pregnant or have neck, back or heart issues do not participate. Also, the Zipline voucher here is for the SkyRider Zipline Tour, not the Treetop Zipline Tour - however, you can use the $50 gift voucher towards any tour.
