Terri Cole Salon offers a serene atmosphere to receive brow waxing and hair care services such as color and or cuts. I strive for excellence when it comes to the client, their time, refreshments, products and the finished outcome.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I started Terri Cole Salon because I wanted to up the bar. I wanted to change the experience and offer amenities that we so love in the salon.
What do you love most about your job? I come to work for the interactions...to make others “feel good,” whether that’s through the shampoo process, great energy or conversations. That’s what I love most about what I do.
What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer? Oftentimes, I get referrals but the best reaction to my work is when they look in that mirror and dance or sing. It’s when they hug me or cry! Those are always the best reactions I’ve gotten as a stylist. It always empowers me to go on..
