Q:

Do you all only do black tint, or do you have mirror tint, and the tint that goes from black and fades into mirror?

Ashley V.  asked on  Oct 11, 2012

A:

We only carry black. Mirror and transitional tint are no longer in demand and the price has skyrocketed significantly. Very few people want it anymore, as the style has gone to mainly black. You might be able to find a Tint shop in Louisville that carries it.

Q:

You are currently running a Groupon for Alternative Automotive in Clarksville Indiana for window Tinting. I was interested but am not familiar with this company. SO, I clicked on the link to the "Google Reviews" which is within your Groupon email. I understand that some people will have a good experience and some will not, BUT...the review that bothers me is the one that says this company refused to honor a Groupon (Even though it was within the expiration period). My question: Has Groupon looked into this and is there an explanation as to why Groupon is continuing to allow ads from this company if they refuse to honro the Groupons once a person pays for one?

Mark F.  asked on  Oct 10, 2012

A:

Great question. That incident arose because the person waited till the coupon expired to try and set an appointment. Per Groupons agreement with us and the consumer, we were honoring the amount paid for the Groupon, but since the Groupon had expired, the consumer was responsible for the difference. We could not make them happy. I should also note that since the Groupon expired, that Groupon would not refund their money because they did not follow the coupons instructions. Thus we were subjected to an unfair review.
