Going to try and give an unbiased review here. This place can get super busy, especially during the summer and weekends with birthdays. The establishment does lack staff, and with that, trained staff at times. So with staff lacking, this causes issues with the staff that is currently on duty as they are overrun when it does get busy and can't meet the needs of all the customer demands and events, but that isn't their fault, something that management should address. As for the facility itself, the staffing portion could improve the overall cleanliness to keep up with the demands, you can tell facility itself isn't clean at all times, if it is even clean and sanitized at all some days, which is probably why there is an odor at the establishment now. Some of the equipment is falling apart, the flooring is peeling up, the bridges between the trampolines are coming up which does present hazards as I saw some kids arms go underneath, which is dangerous if another kid came behind and stepped on top. I think once management is able to get the place fully staffed, address a few issues, and is able to sustain it and get the facility back up to par and handle the capacity loads, it should do better. Now as far as the patrons that visit here, this isn't a daycare, I've seen parents drop off their kids, which means no supervision, and they run around doing whatever they want, and guess what people, this isn't a child care facility, even if your kids can function on their own, because they're going to be kids and run around with basically free will and act up, and yes sometimes destroying other people's property, these are the ones that go into the bathrooms and make a mess in there, and running around the facility doing as they please, so get that in check.

About Altitude Trampoline Park

Everyone is an acrobat at Altitude Trampoline Park. This indoor, family-friendly venue maintains a staff that is dedicated to professional service, administering training and monthly reviews on best practices for monitoring visitors as they tumble around the elastic attractions. Consisting of soft trampoline walls and netting, the 26,500-square-foot facility wraps purple padding on every inch of hardware so all ages can backflip across the expansive springy surfaces safely.

  • Performance trampolines: High-flying jumpers and parkour enthusiasts get extra air on these tramps that boast landing zones of 5, 6, or 7 feet.
  • Cardio wall: Reactions times are put to the test as athletes chase a red light as it zaps around pods—the goal of this vertical challenge is to tag as many lights as possible.
