Very professional worker not some kid as I was expecting. I told him not to worry about any problems leaving a mess in the backyard but after he left you would never even have known anyone was there. The only thing I would change is there alert system you gotta be on your email, because when they email you that they're coming you only have an hour maybe two at the most and I don't check my emails very often. Ultimately, I'm glad I chose this company, was not too excited about having some kid running up and down the ladder looking in my windows. I usually don't write reviews unless it's just to slam the company 'because they did a crappy job. LOL

The guys here were great and not only cleaned my gutters, but also made a very worthwhile inspection at no cost of them to say 'hey it might be time to get some gutter guards.' They sold me and i've been please ever since.

to start out, Tony is the talent of the business - he is smart, and gets customer's concerns, and does all the hard work. Tony explained to me everything going on with my gutters and downspouts - so listen to his expertise. Now, on the other hand, Michael, the office manager, knew the business, but had a difficult time explaining to a first time customer. Me, as a first time customer, started taking a little offense to what he said, until i read some of the reviews - which is why i am taking the time to write this up. i went with the reviews, and over all had a good experience... ...BTW, i got my email on my home email, which i check once a day, that my service person (Tony) was enroute. Uh, i work from home, and totally involved in work email, never checking my home email. when talking to Tony, he said, that was normal, so my bad when i didnt hear the doorbell, but it was raining and i didnt think anyone would be on the roof. Tony was comfortable on latters, so it was not a slick roof thing for him. Tony explained that it wasnt my gutters as much as my downspouts and he shared pictures, 'cause i wasnt about to get up on the latter to review. for Tony, i give 5 stars for going above and beyond and answering my questions in the rain.
