What You'll Get
Jump to: Reviews | But Do We Really Need Hair?
As you start the new year by gathering nuts, sealing windows, and weatherproofing your vehicle, reward your head with some new hair while saving your face from unwanted follicles fillers with today's deal to Amaci Salon. For $49, you get one haircut, one blow dry, and $60 to spend toward any waxing or skin services, a $120 total value.
Amad Saab opened Amaci Salon five years ago after a particularly powerful, if unrelated, dream about a well-dressed triceratops hogging the elevator. Four out of five dentists recognize Saab as one of Boston's most trusted stylists with more than 16 years of hair-care experience. Whether he or another talented Amaci team member cuts your hair, you'll walk away with a cut that suits your wants, desires, and appetite.
After discussing your ideal 'do with Amaci's expert hairsmiths, your cut begins. With the precision of a master hedge trimmer and the grace of a greased-up swan, your stylist will cut, comb, and shape his or her way through your mane. Every move is deliberate and calculated to enhance your dreaminess. Your artful blow dry will make your locks bend under and poof out in ways you once thought unimaginable. Once your hair reaches your utmost satisfaction, put $60 toward removing those pesky extras on your face. Reshape your eyebrows ($15 value) or clear an upper lip ($8 value). Amaci also offers threading services for $18 and up. Similar to waxing but without using wax, threading shapes brows for longer-lasting results.
- The receptionist was immediately welcoming, offering me something to drink, and providing me with a fresh smock. My stylist, Curtis, was attentive to my needs, making suggestions about what would look good and asking for my input. The atmosphere was relaxing and cool, the staff neat and friendly. I would highly recommend this salon for anyone looking for a new 'do, coloring, or just a trim. – mellie9379, Citysearch

About Amaci Salon
"All women are beautiful," says Amis Saab, owner of Amaci Salon. His goal is to enhance this natural beauty with treatments designed to make hair shine and skin glow. Drawing on professional salon products from Aquage, Pureology, and Redken, Saab and his talented staff of stylists correct split ends and add new dimension to ‘dos with designer cuts and vibrant highlights. Alternatively, waxing and threading services remove hair that has overstayed its welcome on the face and body, and makeup applications help one stand out in a room crowded with one’s clones. The contemporary looks that Saab brings to his clients overflow into his salon, where black leather couches accent white walls and modern salon chairs check out their reflections in thick-framed mirrors.
