The one-hour treatments include a refiner, mask, or full facial massage to enhance the deep cleansing effects, and 90-minute sessions unburden minds weighing pros and cons by including all three services. About Amanda Martin – Aesthetician
After two years of undergraduate study, Amanda Martin decided to suspend her education at East Carolina University to pursue a career that applied her passion for nurturing others. She graduated from the Aveda Institute Chapel Hill aesthetics program in May 2011 and opened a small practice inside Carrboro Massage Therapy. Martin oversees a menu of facials that use Lemongrass Spa skincare products and body-waxing services that employ Plum Smooth amber soft wax, which is specially designed to remove hair from large areas of the body and prepare bearskin rugs for swimsuit season. Private treatment rooms soothe clients with pale yellow walls and purple décor.
