A Chat with Amanda Pogach, Soprano
What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
Amanda is a coloratura-soprano with a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Belmont University, a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance from Vanderbilt University, and 10 years of professional performing and teaching. Come have fun and develop your natural talent!
Do you provide any materials? What should your students expect to bring?
Students are responsible for obtaining any necessary accompaniment/karaoke tracks for their chosen songs, as well as sheet music if necessary. It is recommended that students keep all of their lesson materials in a binder and bring that and a recording device to every lesson.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
I want to share my passion for singing and music with others and to inspire them to develop their own natural talent. I want to create a safe place for students to express their creativity and to have fun.
What do you love most about your job?
I love watching the progress students make from one lesson to the next and helping them to achieve all of their musical goals. It is possible for anyone to improve their vocal abilities, whether they think they are completely tone deaf, have never sung before, or are already a professional singer.
