For best results: stop shaving a minimum of 2 weeks prior to appointment. Do not trim hair. Exfoliate and moisturize on a regular basis. Do not exfoliate day of appointment. Consistency is key! Waxing every 4-6 weeks will provide best results. 

Tips for reducing pain: Take an over-the-counter pain reliever, such as ibuprofen, about 45 minutes before your appointment.
