1) What happens if I fail to show up for a class which I have reserved?
If you hold a Monthly Unlimited Ride Pass, you will be charged $12.
2) How does AmeanSpinn notify me?
We can notify you via email and/or text! Choose your preference under your account “Client Profile” and “Phone”. If text, you will need to provide your mobile phone number, mobile provider, and notification preference.
3) What if I am on the wait-list, how will I know if I get into the class?
If you are on the wait-list for a class, the system will automatically generate an email or text if you are moved off of the wait-list and into the class. Please check your notifications!
4) Do my class credits expire?
Class credits expires depending on the package you purchase anywhere from 30 days, to a year from the date of purchase. However, Monthly Unlimited Ride Passes are good for 30 days from the time of the first class use.
4) Do You provide Refunds?
We do offer account credits for rides that are cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Please contact us if you have additional questions regarding this policy.
