Q:

Following up with the question that I ask before about "labor on radiator and coolant flushes". I have Honda car and I would like to use only honda genuine fluid. How can I know the fluid that they use is the type that I want? That's why I prefer to bring my own fluid.

Sean  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Sean, Only the shop can make an exception if they choose. Call the shop of your choice and ask them if they can get the fluid you want or if they will allow you to bring your own. It is entirely up to them. Thanks for your business, we appreciate it!!!

Q:

It say "labor on radiator and coolant flushes". Does that mean I have to bring my own radiator fluid and coolant fluid?

Sean  asked on  Nov 14, 2012

A:

Sean, The labor is included but the fluid must be purchased from the shop. On the oil changes, the oil, lube, filter, labor, and disposal are all included. Thanks, we appreciate your business!!!

Q:

Will this coupon be applicable on lowered vehicles? I've had issues getting an oil change on my car because of the height of my vehicle. Also, what is the additional charge for synthetic upgrade? Thank you.

Christopher N.  asked on  Nov 13, 2012

A:

Christopher, Each shop has their own policies on prices for synthetic upgrades and lowered vehicles. Please call the shop of your choice and ask them if they can handle your vehicle and ask what the synthetic upgrade would cost. Thanks, we appreciate your business!!!
