There are two "2 wheel alignment" services but my car requires 4 wheel Alignment. Now they ask for another 40 $ if i want to go for that or else it is not useful. Can they do 4 wheel alignment by considering two "2 wheel alignment" Services ?

Rajeshkumar, Some cars require a 4 wheel alignment. By charging you $40.00 for a 4 wheel alignment and giving you credit for the 2 wheel discount, they are being fair with you. The program is a great value and it is a win/win for yourself and the shop. Pay the extra $40.00 for the 4 wheel alignment. please remove GreenStar Transmission and Autocare from the listing! I just spent way too much time reading various things about the deal (including on their website) before calling them with a question and realizing they're apparently no longer in business. If they can't be "removed" from a 3rd-party website, can you include a disclaimer about them up front on the Groupon page?

So secret, in fact, that their number is disconnected and website is down after they sold LivingSocial members on a 2-Year Car Care Plan two months ago. First, took forever to get the card. then took forever to get someone to answer to get an appointment. Then there was the lack of weekend hours that were advertised "by appointment". And how about the no-show on the first morning appointment. And now...they seem to have closed up shop and moved on to enjoy their profits while leaving us high and dry on service. Not good! Thankfully, LivingSocial refunded me. But I hope that GreenStar and its ownership get what's coming. What goes around comes around!

Kia, Thanks for bringing this to our attention. I just called the shop and you're right it is disconnected. The shops we promote have been really great but for some reason, this particular shop is having problems keeping their promises. We are happy to replace any Greenstar certificates for any other shop choice on our website. We are actively in negotiations with another quality auto repair center right in the same community as Greenstar and expect that shop to be fully active within 1 week. It is unfortunate that this shop continued to tell us that everything was great when indeed he was not servicing his customers properly. While we do our best to find quality businesses to promote, as you said great ratings and credible reviews, there are always problems and situations that cannot be anticipated and can only be fixed after the fact. We guarantee our customers that if for any reason they are not happy with the shop they have chosen, they can get a replacement certificate for any other active shop on our website. In addition Groupon understands that there will be occasional problems with merchants which is why their guarantee is the best in the business. We are sincerely working on finding a great merchant in this community that understands and appreciates the opportunity to develop new relationships with it's neighbors and provides a high quality of service. Hi Lori, This deal will cover a $29.95 value each time you use an oil change 8 times in 2 years. Synthetic oil changes are more than $29.95 but the $29.95 will be subtracted from the normal price so you will save $240.00 just on the 8 oil changes. Thanks for your business, we appreciate it!!!
