Sealcoating doesn’t just look great, it als protects the life of your asphalt by keeping out water, snow, ice, dirt, weeds, and other contaminants. During this service we will clean the jobsite using a power sweeper and a commercial grade backpack blower, then we will proceed to sealcoating.

If your driveway measures over the groupon voucher purchased there will be an additional balance for the additional sqft, feel free to shoot us a text and provide us with your address we can take a look at your driveway via satellite and let you know if have additional sqft and what the total after the groupon voucher would be, if any.

Sealant cannot bond with gas/oil, we highly suggest removing any gas/oil stains prior to sealcoating service, sealant will not cover stains, this service we offer can be done same day as sealcoat service.

If you do not keep your driveway clean, it can grow algae, mold, moss, mildew - all of which can cause a need for repairs. Not all driveways need pressure washing prior to sealcoating, If you think it is necessary for your driveway to be pressure washed prior to sealcoating service keep in mind your driveway will need 24-48hrs to dry prior to sealing.
