Q:

What is the certification or what are qualifications you get after finishing this 2 hour lesson? Does it count towards future lessons and an official pilots license?

ebolodotcom  asked on  Dec 24, 2012

A:

The flight time can be logged and counted towards the minimum FAA requirement of 40 hours to obtain your private pilot's license. Just bring a pilot's logbook for an instructor to record the time.

Q:

Would you consider a 14 year old boy, 5"9' tall? Must mom/pop be there or can "godmother" accompany? would you need a waiver? thanks

anita c.  asked on  Dec 24, 2012

A:

That will be just fine. No waiver needed, just a grown up to drop them off and pick them up.

Q:

What's the reason for the age limit? I have a young person who is very interested in flying, and I believe there is no FAA minimum age restriction for flight training.

Anthony J.  asked on  Dec 22, 2012

A:

You are correct - flight training can start at any age. If you're considering someone in their early teens, that would be fine. A 5 year-old would have problems seeing over the dashboard.

Q:

Is there a weight limit?

Victoria H.  asked on  Dec 22, 2012

A:

We can take 375 lbs of passengers apart from the pilot. It's more of an issue of size than weight - a 6'10'' person won't fit very comfortably in the aircraft.

Q:

Hello, It is mentioned that I can bring another person and they can accompany in the aircraft as well? Thanks

Piyush D.  asked on  Dec 22, 2012

Yes - they can take part in the entire experience.
