Sometimes you need a little extra encouragement to get to the gym. American Health and Fitness Alliance has just that—and it comes in the form of passbooks. In New York City alone, a fitness passbook grants access to more than 135 fitness clubs and studios in the city. Each pass includes a minimum of two free visits at each club, for 500-plus visits total. Along with the fitness passbook, exercisers can snag a yoga or Pilates passbook, which grants access to many of the city’s top yoga, dance, and Pilates studios. The Pilates passbook includes options for classes and one-on-one sessions on the Reformer, Tower, and other Pilates machines. The Yoga passbook includes over 385 passes to more than 110 Yoga, Dance, or Pilates studios around New York.
