Q:

Is this just Preparation for the State part of the exam, or does it include the Federal.exam. I have a New Hampshire R.E. license for over twenty years. Do I need to take both exams?

Jessica M.  asked on  Nov 18, 2012

A:

Our exam prep covers both state and national portions of the licensing exam. Questions about reciprocal licensing and requirements need to be directed to the state of Florida. We cannot answer those types of questions.

This offer includes the state of Florida only. If you need licensing courses for another state not in this offer, you could contact us and pay full price for other states not included in this offer.

More Questions and Answers

Q:

If I am a resident of Michigan, but own a condo in Florida, can I still become a real estate licensed agent in Florida?

Scott  asked on  Nov 20, 2012

A:

I would recommend that you contact the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation. I don't believe Florida has a residency law, but they would be able to answer your question.
