Before today I never floated or swam because I can't. After today I was floating under water. This is my VERY FIRST lesson. I am shocked. The instructor is patient and trusting. I convinced my sister and my niece to go. This was an awesome experience. I recommend this place.

Horrific Worst customer service ever!!!!!!!!! Signed up 3 times showed receipts still I have to run around fixing my membership with girl with attitude at desk!!! Worst ever late for class never again waste of time!! Gets no stars!!!! Just aweful in Oakland!!
