Q:

I have 4 nails on my left hand. If I go in for one treatment with the groupon, how many more at $400 each will I need after that to have a chance at effectiveness? Also, can I do a payment plan?

Q:

As I understand it, three sessions are required in total and the second and third sessions each cost $400 apiece. The $200 discount only applies to the first session. Therefore the total cost of the treatment would be $1,000. Is that correct?

My health insurance said that they may cover it but they said that I need to find out the procedure code. Can you please provide that?

Laser treatment is not cover by insurance, we use 1064 laser and hope this will help.

I have very advanced toenail fungus - there are nerves and blood vessels in the nail. I wonder if you could share with me success rates for cases like mine. And, how many treatments it would be likely to take versus how many are covered in this Groupon. Also, which laser do you use? Thanks! Laura
