Our medical provider explained everything to you before treatment because it was your best option to do the entire face instead of partial face, with the CO2 laser we must be very careful and that's what we did always looking out for our patients. You even had reviewed us before saying you LOVED the RESULT and we have a photo of your happy review as well. We also have a signed treatment plan which stated the plan of treatment which you agreed and signed. We also tried to accommodate you and were not successful. We certainly did not switch 3 sessions for 1 we did a much larger area which equals the amount of 3 sessions of a medium area and that was explained and agreed by you. We would never do this to a someone without them knowing. It is wrong to try a damage the reputation of business especially if they tried to make it work with you.
