I ordered a 32", monogram, painted, 3 letters. The shipping charge was about the same as the price of the sign. When completed, I marked the Groupon as redeemed. BIG MISTAKE!! After about 8 weeks, I try to reach the business, aMonogram. Only email available. I sent 4 emails over 3 wks. All ignored. I called Groupon. I was told I would receive a return call in 24-72 hrs... 240 hrs ago. Shameful!

I would rate this a negative 5 if i could. The price was great but the shipping was unbelievably high.

Site couldn't process my purchase and kept timing out. Sent a message through the website, never heard from anyone. Lost the deal and my money, and didn't get the product. I really hate having to write stuff like this but I mean that's what happened what else can I say?
