Depending on the season, there's a strong likelihood that at least one ingredient on your plate was grown in Amore Mio's own organic garden. Chef Tony and his team pick the garden's freshest offerings by hand, from swiss chard to zucchini blossoms. This approach makes Amore Mio's Italian dishes burst with color, flavor, aroma, and texture. All of these qualities are on display in the house specialties, such as beef stuffed with garlic, basil, and parmesan before it's braised in red wine tomato ragu. Seasonal specialties showcase them, too, such as the pumpkin ravioli that sometimes graces the autumn menu.
