Customers can choose from a schedule stocked with varieties of classes and levels, including yoga stretch, yoga core, hatha yoga, breath-centric slow flow yoga, and power yoga’s intense series of changing poses. Special classes cater to individuals with different wellness needs, such as yoga for older adults called senior yoga stretch.
The 45-minute TRX yoga classes can include up to four students. Trainers provide hands-on supervision as participants use TRX suspension training to tone and strengthen while decompressing tight joints, performing deeper stretches with less strain, and doing inversions without neck or back compression.
