What You'll Get
Unlike summer camps, boot camps won't require you to put on a fund-raising talent show to stop a nefarious computer company from turning Lake Cowabunga into its new industrial-waste depository. Team up to fight unfitness with today's deal to Anatomic Fitness. Choose from the following options:
- $29 for four sessions of boot camp for an individual (a $69 value)
- $45 for four sessions of boot camp for a couple (a $99 value)
- $65 for three personal training sessions (a $210 value)
The Anatomic Fitness staff of National Academy of Sports Medicine–certified trainers is committed to helping clients of any fitness level reach their exercise goals through ongoing personalized support, instruction, and motivation. Nestled in the foothills of the Sandia Mountains in High Desert Park, boot camp sessions will use your instinctual distrust of routine to their advantage. Combining cardio, core exercises, kettlebells, circuit training, and more, the 30- to 45-minute sessions will keep your muscles guessing with new and challenging moves during each session, so you’ll never fall into a boring, ineffective routine, like regular teeth brushing. Choose the individual option, or arrive locked arm-in-elbow-pit with your partner and enjoy the scenic mountain views, high-intensity exercise medley, and muscle-chiseling effects together. Either way, you will be in the motivational company of others, allowing you to push to your personal, perspirational limit. Boot-camp sessions take place at 6 a.m. on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays, and you must attend one time per week over four consecutive weeks.
Fitness seekers who want to take a more personalized approach to their goals can opt for the personal training option. At your choice of either Snap Fitness or Stone Age Climbing Gym, a personal trainer will craft three engaging one-on-one sessions with your goals and needs in mind. Whether you're looking to escape the force field of an armchair or add a chiseled-pec tie to your six-pack suit, personal training sessions can steer you toward your fitness destination.
