Q:

Disappointed with the deal. I received the offer about one minute ago and it was sold out. Why?

Diane B.  asked on  Oct 18, 2012

A:

I'm very sorry you were unable to purchase this offer! Unfortunately, this deal has sold out. If the business sets a limit on how many Groupons we can offer, you will see "Limited quantity available" under the hourglass and countdown of the time left to buy.

There are a few reasons why we may limit the number of Groupons available on certain deals, but generally it's to ensure a high quality of service for Groupon customers.

Please keep an eye out for similar deals we may offer which could fit your needs.

If you need any further assistance, please reach out to our Customer Service department at support@groupon.com and we'd be happy to help you.

Q:

I want to get a sports massage for after I run a half marathon. But also purchase a massage for my wife to use another day, would the be OK?

Reginald D.  asked on  Oct 17, 2012

A:

Thanks for your question, Reginald. According to the Fine Print on this deal, it's "limit 1 per person, may buy 2 additional as gifts... new clients only." So, as long as you're a new client, you'd be able to purchase a Groupon for yourself and up to two additional quantities as gifts.

That means as long as you and your wife are redeeming on different days, you'll be able to take full advantage of this deal!

A:

The sessions are valid for Swedish and hot Stone massage only. Sports massage is a more involved session and is not part of this particular sale.

Q:

I purchased the three hot stone massages. Just wondering if there is anyway to use two of the three and make it a couples massage?

Tamara E.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

When you book just ask to be in the same room. If you want to add the bells and whistles of our Couples Massage there will be an additional cost of $20 when you come in to cover the upgrade for the rose petals, candles and chocolates. Either way works.

Q:

can the massage be used as a prenatal?

kimberly v.  asked on  Oct 16, 2012

A:

Sorry Kim they can not. PreNatal is a certified specialty session and not all the therapists are trained in it.

Is this a regular hot stone massage? You say something about "pebbles" in the description.

Lilia F.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

Yes, it is LOL I saw that too. They were supposed to change it but did not.

Q:

what if someone buys this as a gift and the person getting the massages turns out to NOT be a "new client"

Lilia F.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

That is just fine. It's really just the purchaser that applies to.

Tamara G.  from  Merchant  replied on  Oct 15, 2012

Q:

if i purchase the 3 massages for $69, can they be used by 3 separate indivdiduals or must they all be used by the purchaser? thanks

Jacqueline G.  asked on  Oct 15, 2012

A:

Yes, they can be used by separate people. When you come in the first time we can transfer them onto OUR gift certificates if you'd like to give them as gifts. I have no problem with that.
