3-week of Personal Training to burn fat and get toned
What's included: 12 sessions of training
The program is broken into 3 groups:
1. Sleeves Mondays (Arm toning and Chest toning)
2. Bring the Booty Back Wednesdays (Full leg toning, glute building)
3. Fixture Fridays (Fix your Posture, Back toning, Shoulder toning)
Each workout will be adjusted to the individual to get the most out of your body. Three weeks gives us the opportunity to learn how to optimize your training to get the most out of yourself and your body.

Dynamic workouts featuring: Resistance Bands, Gymnastic Rings(similar to TRX), Dumbbells', Med Balls, and Ankle Resistance Bands, Weighted Vest.
Instructor qualifications: 5 years of experience, CPR certified, NASM certified, and TRX certified, Functional Movement Certified.
