About Andiron Steak & Sea
In a 2015 interview, Elizabeth Blau told Vegas Seven that Andiron Steak & Sea would be her and her husband's "most upscale experience." Coming from a veteran Vegas restaurateur who got her start designing the food and beverage program at Bellagio's Le Cirque, that was no small statement, and, as it turned out, it wasn't an empty promise.
Driven by the vision of Blau and Chef Kim Canteenwalla, her husband, Andiron Steak & Sea serves guests refined versions of classic steakhouse recipes. Designed by Thomas Schlesser—2009 winner of the James Beard Award for Best Restaurant Design—the establishment exudes comfort and contemporary elegance, a mix also found in its cuisine. Filled with decadent seafood dishes like the butter-poached Maine lobster and fried crème brûlée donuts, the menu invites indulgences from start to finish in every meal.
