What is it like to have a virtual coach?
Even though I am not physically there by your side, I am still giving you the same customer service that I would an in person client.... just differently.
We will communicate often. You will send videos so that I can check your form. And you will have access to me whenever you have questions. We will have weekly calls to talk about your progress and make modifications where ever necessary.
