During the 90-minute land and water introductory class, students learn the basic mechanics of standup paddleboarding so they can properly balance and navigate their board through calm waters. Students the techniques and then free paddling during the 90-minute session. Yoga sessions connect students with nature while they face the challenge of performing traditional postures on a floating board. Paddles, boards, and life jackets are provided.
