Spa did not wish to allow the Groupon to be redeemed on a weekend or holiday so you have to take a day off of work to use. When I asked them to show me where on Groupon it showed this limitation, they claimed that they were booked solid on those days. When my friend called to make an appt, they had plenty of availabiity. The actual scrub and massage was nice. Not spectacular but not bad. The only other problem I had was that you could hear everything through the thin walls and my masseusse was in and out of the room (and at one point, the receptionist came into my room to get something out of a drawer). Also, the door was left partially open for part of the time, which was weird since I was naked on the table at the time. They were nice but not nice enough to get me to come back after all of that.
My experience was mixed. Not an excellent spa, but not terrible. Nice ambience except for occasional front door bell ringing, and people talking near or outside treatment rooms.
Apart from a couple disruptions the session was very nice. I opted for a 90min package with facial. Again, short of excellent since the oils they used are either low quality or have gone bad leaving an unpleasant scent on my face afterwards. It's important to use good oils or oils that do not go rancid in 10 minutes upon exposure to the air.
They were very helpful with my scheduling issues, very accommodating. I was greeted by a very pleasant woman The voucher we bought included herbal tea and sweets which we did not get. They did not ask us if we had any particular areas that we wanted them to work on or the type of pressure we would like. There was not lot of communication at all. I left feeling as if I never had a massage.
My friend and I went together. I got a sugar scrub and deep tissue massage with hot stones by Lori and she is amazing, the services were awesome!!!! My friend got a facial, sugar scrub and a deep tissue massage with hot stones as well and she absolutely loved the services she received from Theresa!!!! The place was very clean, very comfortable and had a very relaxing atmosphere.
I worried when I called to make the appt because the woman I spoke with seemed a little abrupt on the phone. However, I was pleasantly surprised...What a wonderful, relaxing time! They went the full 90 min and the place is very relaxing looking and smelling (important to me). It is pretty noisy outside the walls but focusing on the awesome massage/facial, the music and relaxing smells do distract.

About Anew Wellness Spa
Once guests step through the doors at Anew Wellness Spa, they begin a mini vacation from mental and physical discomfort. By the time they are ready to walk back out and return to their lives, clients will have topped off their stores of relief and tranquility. In between, they can opt to sit in chairs and relax as relief cascades from sore shoulders and backs, or let therapists pore over their whole bodies as they decompress on massage tables. During reflexology sessions, a trained therapist applies liberating pressure to the feet to relieve pain all over the body and thank toes for teaching children how to accurately identify different kinds of piggies.
