This was my first time having reiki done, and it was a great experience. Ashlee is awesome. She is very welcoming, patient, and caring. She explained the whole process of reiki before starting and made me feel safe. At first, it was hard to relax with my mind constantly going, but I was finally able to let go and relax. Afterward, she explained the energy she felt. Thank you so much, Ashlee.

Carol, no its not a scam. If you read fine print you need to reach out to us to schedule at www.angelicloveandlight.org at the bottom of the website is a chat box that you send your request. Groupon doesn't allow for you to book yourself. Everything was stated very clearly in fine print and instructions. Our business has a very well known reputation in both NY and FL. I am sorry that you did not know how to reach out via the deal you purchased. There were better ways to handle this communication than assuming and trying to harm our business reputation by deformation of character. We look forward to you reaching out and scheduling your detox.

Also, I am looking you purchased this in July and writing this in November when you did not reach out to us as instructed. We can be found on the website, google, google reviews and social media with all 5 star ratings. I hope to hear from you to book your service. Many people forget about their Groupons and we like to get people scheduled. However the system groupon has which is not our control doesn't allow us to reach out to you all. Im sorry for your experience with Groupons ways. Our detox's can also be purchased directly through our website. Groupon is a way to connect with new customers who usually like to get a sale on things that are way under priced. Its a great service and has many benefits. Make it a great day!
