About Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo
More than 500 exotic animals prowl, scamper, and crawl through their expansively recreated habitats at Animal World & Snake Farm Zoo. At daily activities and animal encounters, guests can interact with some of their favorite animals, including Penelope the Otter, Ruby the Red-Ruffed Lemur, Hercules the Burmese Python, and more. Some of the newer guests include Fern the fennec fox, Flowers the skunk, Mushu the crocodile, Zelda the zebra, and sloths Sylvia and Sid.
There's plenty else to see, as well. Two Rivers Mining Co. gives visitors the chance to pan for gemstones and other treasures, such as fossils and shark teeth. Carnivore Feedings offer visitors to engage with zoo keepers as they feed some of the zoo's larger meat eaters such as lions, wolves, hyenas, and cougars. Guests quake with curiosity as they watch the crocodile pond. Patrons can interact with cuddlier critters at the petting zoo, including baby goats, sheep, pigs, and even a llama. During the Ghosts of the Safari show, two rare white lions Ngala and Motswari tumble and play. The lions aren't the only playful residents — visitors can also watch as Pippin the otter pup splashes around and the gray wolf pup Koda frolics in the grass.
