Had a fantastic time at animeverse

My friends and i loved it we had soo much fun and would come again next year

It was a fun con. I drove 10+ hours to go to the con and wanted to save a little more. I'm surprised more people didn't know about Groupon. It definitely saves some money, and the process for getting your badge was exactly the same as buying on the original website (from which my friend bought the VIP). It was all in one hall, which is surprising, but they made it fit well without being too crowded. The panels were not the focus, so that made sense, since it was difficult to hear anything. On Friday, the registration signs were not posted and were quite unclear, and the lines for general admission were already quite long an hour early. After lining up an hour early, I got in about 27 minutes after general admission was open. Over the next few days, the lines grew longer, and the organization/guidance were hectic. It still took about 45 - 50 minutes in line after lining up more than an hour early. They should have had the signs set up the day before, if not the morning of, and not on the second day of the con. They should have set up tape guides outside prior to (whether or not they expected that many people). The ADA accommodation is appreciated, but it's set up so they can cut all the signature lines in front of the VIP passes, which is kind of unfair to those who paid for it. Implying that if you can easily get ADA, you can bypass all and get cut in front of all. This became a major issue when a Voice Actor was there for only one day, and it had to be capped.

Lots of good family fun! Some of the costumes were AMAZING

Loved it. Super easy to get in and the event was great. My kids loved it.
