Three hours before kickoff at a Chicago Bears home game, cruises begin boarding at Navy Pier on the following dates:
- Monday, October 22, at 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday, October 28, at 9 a.m.
- Sunday, November 11, at 4:30 p.m.
- Sunday, November 25, at 9 a.m.

Once everyone is aboard, the yacht speeds past the Loop to McCormick Place, where it docks and a 90-minute tailgating party begins. Guests compete in beanbag tournaments, sip cocktails or beer, chow down at the buffet and chili bar, and pose with a former Bears player such as Steve McMichael, Otis Wilson, or Dennis McKinnon, whose appearances vary by date. As game time nears, guests can leave the dock at McCormick Place and take the approximately 10-minute walk to Soldier Field. Around the time of kickoff, the cruise takes passengers back to Navy Pier, where they can take advantage of discounted parking for the day ($12). Those who wish to stay around Soldier Field for the whole game can also return by Shoreline Water Taxi for an additional cost ($8).

Anita Dee Yacht Charters
The crew at Anita Dee Yacht Charters has been lassoing its lines around the docks of Navy Pier for more than 30 years. They regularly untie them to release their yachts for special occasions such as weddings, sightseeing cruises, and parties. Bigger events are staged on the Anita Dee II, a large and luxurious vessel that has a dance floor, two bars, and an on-deck helicopter for flying up to the high-dive platform in the middle of Lake Michigan. The 90-foot Anita Dee I boasts an enclosed deck with a bar and an observation deck with unobstructed views of the city.
