When I called to make the appointment the owner told me the Groupon was for Tina only. Tina called me and made my appointment for the day and time I wished. The next day I received a text that my appointment was cancelled. The owner of the salon called and told me the salon is closed that day and that I needed to call Tina. These phone calls went back and forth. Tina reassured me that me that my appointment was good to go. I arrived at Anna Salon and the lights were off and the door was locked. A lady came to the door to unlock it for me. It was not Tina but instead a lady named Kim. I never met Kim before and Tina never showed up. I have never had a full set take 5 hours, and Tina was on the phone constantly with Kim as Kim didn’t know where products were in the salon. Something not right about this place, not right about this set up.
