It would be better if the classes were very slightly smaller. As a beginner, I could have used a chance to ask the instructor a few questions about proper form, but did not want to monopolize his time with the group.

The excercise is intense but so much fun!!! The trainer Sandra Turner is outstanding she has a way of making yourself want to work harder...... She makes sure you are always using correct form she does not let you slack and she has an amazing sense of humor!!!! The people in the class are great all very supportive of each other....... This is not only fabulous for the body but it is great for the mind too just so positive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A charismatic staff of instructors provides personal care and attention, adjusting reps and weights to individual fitness levels and concocting custom, spittle-laced diatribes for each cadet who steps out of line. Participants will partake of an ever-shifting array of vigorous activities using exercise mats, body bars, and jump ropes. Newcomers strive for their goals with encouragement from experienced students and fitness knowledge from personal trainers and boot-camp instructors Sandra Turner and Tim Benningfield. During each session, participants perform scalable cardio, strength, and interval-training exercises that suit their individual abilities.
